New Delhi: Navneet Kalra, an accused in the oxygen concentrater case recovered from Delhi's Khan Market, has suffered a major setback. The Saket court has rejected Navneet Kalra's anticipatory bail plea. Kalra had filed an anticipatory bail application to avoid arrest. Navneet Kalra has been absconding with his family ever since the raid. Earlier, Navneet Kalra's lawyer Vikas Pahwa had told the court that the accused is convicted on social media before he is convicted in court these days, we should get a fair trial.

On this, the judge had said that it was his right to meet every accused in the fair trial. Navneet Kalra's lawyer said that a campaign is being launched against my client. On behalf of Navneet, Pahwa said that whatever allegations have been made in the FIR are totally wrong, the managers and staff of my client's restaurant where recovery has been made have also been arrested for no reason, while the arrested persons told the police that the oxygen concentraters were brought correctly.

Navneet Kalra's lawyer Vikas Pahwa said that oxygen concentraters have been brought in by giving GST to the government and clearing it with customs, imports were also made and sold by legal channels through the app, so how it became illegal has been purchased by police officers, leaders, judges and many others.
