New Delhi: Corona patients are dying due to oxygen shortage in many hospitals amid the deadly outbreak of the corona crisis in the county. The central government has been constantly pleading with the central government for the supply of oxygen to several sub hospitals including the country's capital Delhi. In fact, the lives of corona patients are at stake due to the lack of oxygen in hospitals.
Railway Oxygen Express trains are engaged in an exercise to supply oxygen from remote areas for patients admitted in hospitals and covid care centers facing a shortage of oxygen. Meanwhile, the Oxygen Express of Indian Railways has reached Delhi today. The Oxygen Express of the Railways carrying tankers full of oxygen from Mundra in Gujarat has reached the national capital Delhi through the Green Corridor. Railway Minister Piyush Goyal himself tweeted about the same.
According to Railway Minister Piyush Goel, another Oxygen Express from Tatanagar has reached Faridabad to increase the supply of oxygen under the circumstances arising out of corona. This oxygen will be used to treat covid in various hospitals.
