At the same time, the board has retained the captaincy of Bismah Maroof in 2020-21. Pakistan Cricket Board is continuously engaged in efforts to bring women's cricket in line with male cricket. For this, the board has increased the domestic salary of women players. Match fees and event prize money have been increased by 100 percent, even daily allowances have been increased by 50 percent.
Central contract is found on the basis of these parameters: Pakistan Cricket Board had released the central contract for the players of the men's team only last month. Now releasing the women's contract, the chairman of the National Selection Committee, Uroz Mumtaz, said that before the announcement of the central contract, the selection committee had a detailed discussion. In the last 12 months, international performance, fitness standards and players 'ability to contribute to both the white ball format were important measures that set the criteria for selection.'

Category B - Alia Riaz, Diana Baig and Sidra Nawaz
Category C - Anam Amin, Nahida Khan, Nida Dar and Omima Sohail.
List of contracts of emerging players - Ayesha Nasim, Fatima Sana, Kaynat Hafeez, Muniba Ali Siddiqui, Najiha Alvi, Ramin Shamim, Saba Nazir, Sadia Iqbal and Syeda Arob Shah.
