Islamabad: ICC has given BCCI time till June 28 to decide on hosting the T20 World Cup. In fact, BCCI had sought more respite from the ICC to decide on the host during his recent SGM. After which the ICC approved it during its online meeting and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) was given time as per its instructions.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Ehsan Mani has made a big claim that the T20 World Cup will be held in UAE. Ehsan Mani said the T20 World Cup will be held in UAE due to the corona virus epidemic in India. According to an English newspaper, he said the ICC T20 World Cup will be played in the UAE. India is also forced to take on the remaining IPL-14 in the UAE. The PCB also had no choice but to hold the remaining Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches in the UAE.

The chairman PCB said that the remaining PSL matches will be played from June 9. Money also said that at a time when the world is facing a major health crisis, the safety of sportspersons and officials should be given priority. We cannot take any risk. Tell us that both IPL and PSL had to be postponed due to corona. However, both the tournaments will now resume in UAE. While PSL resumes on June 9, the remaining IPL-14 matches will be played in September-October.
