New Delhi: The court has given an important decision in the case of forced conversion of Hindu girl in Pakistan. The 15-year-old Hindu girl has been rushed to the Women's Safety Center on the court's order. The Hindu girl was forced to convert to Muslim youth. Ninth student Mahek Kumari was abducted from Jacobabad district on January 15 by Ali Raza Solangi, who later married her.

Her father Vijay Kumar had filed a case, which claimed that Solangi abducted her and forced her to marry him. His daughter was 15 when she was kidnapped. According to court officials, Mahek Kumari and Solangi were produced before the court on Tuesday, from where the girl was rushed to the Women's Police Security Center. The court has also directed Chandka Medical College to submit a report about his age by 3 February.

According to the media report, Sindh Minority Affairs Minister Hari Ram Kishori Lal has assured full support to Kumari's family. The minister said that the Sindh government fully supports the stand of the family and the Hindu community. Forced conversion of minor Hindu girls has become a common practice, Hindus of Sindh are its oldest residents.
