Islamabad: Terrorists being nurtured by the Islamic country Pakistan has now started strangling them. Militants have now shot dead a former chief justice of the High Court in the neighbouring country's Balochistan province. According to the report, terrorists shot the former Chief Justice outside a mosque on Friday. The terrorists fired indiscriminately at him, after which he fell there, after which he was taken to the local hospital. The doctors there declared him dead.

According to the report, the name of the deceased former Chief Justice is Muhammad Noor Maskanzai. Pakistan's Kharan Superintendent of Police Asif Halim has given this information. Balochistan CM Mir Abdul Qudos Bizenjo condoled his death. He said his services have been "unforgettable". The Chief Minister said that 'cowardly attacks by enemies of peace cannot frighten the country.' Maskanzai wrote the landmark judgment, which declared a riba-based banking system against the Shariat. Quetta Bar Association (QBA) chairman Ajmal Khan Kakkar also condemned the killing of Maskanzai. He said that every citizen of Pakistan is deeply saddened by the death of the former judge.

Ajmal Kakkar has said that 'We strongly condemn this incident and demand that the murderers should be arrested immediately and a case should be registered against them.' Let us tell you that this incident happened in the midst of the deteriorating security situation in Pakistan. Earlier this month, Pakistan's Minister of State for Law Shahadat Hussain acknowledged that there has been an increase in terrorist activities in the recent past. This year, the highest number of terrorist incidents in Pakistan happened in September itself. An Islamabad-based think tank had indicated a resumption of attacks by the terrorist organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
