Ingredients for making paneer pakoras-
Paneer pieces with masala
paneer 300 grams
gram flour 1 cup
green chillies 3-4
chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
chaat masala 1 tsp
red chilli powder tsp
salt 1 tsp or
oil as per required
 
Method of making paneer pakoras- For this, remove the stalk of green chilli and wash it well and chop it finely. After that cut the paneer into one and a half inch square pieces. Now sprinkle half a teaspoon garam masala, a quarter teaspoon red chilli and a little salt on the pieces of paneer and leave it for 15 minutes. After this, prepare a mixture of pakoras by adding gram flour, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala in a bowl, adding water little by little. This mixture should neither be too thin nor too thick. Now heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, dip the paneer in the batter of gram flour and put it in the oil. Dip 7-8 paneer pieces in the gram flour in the same way and fry on medium-high flame till golden brown. At the same time, fry the remaining paneer pieces by dipping them in gram flour in the same way and take them out when they turn golden and eat them with chutney.
