More than 10 million students, parents, and Teachers have registered for the 7th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) 2024, a unique event where participants interact with the Prime Minister. The registration, open since December 11, 2023, will close on January 12, 2024.

The Ministry of Education expressed delight at the overwhelming response, highlighting the nationwide enthusiasm among students to engage in discussions with the Prime Minister. Initiated by PM Modi, Pariksha Pe Charcha aims to address exam-related stress and post-school life concerns among students, parents, and teachers.

The event, successfully conducted for the past six years by the Department of School Education and Literacy, will take place on January 29, 2024, at Bharat Mandapam, ITPO, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Approximately 4,000 participants will join the town-hall format discussion with the Prime Minister.

In a unique gesture, two students and a teacher from each State and Union Territory, along with winners of the Kala Utsav and Veer Gatha competitions, may receive invitations as special guests for the main event.

Students from classes 6th to 12th, teachers, and parents can engage in an online multiple-choice question competition on the MyGov portal until January 12, 2024.

Pariksha Pe Charcha is part of the larger 'Exam Warriors' movement spearheaded by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, focusing on cultivating a stress-free environment for youngsters.

Leading up to the main event, from January 12 (Youth Day) to January 23, 2024, schools will organize various activities including marathons, music and meme competitions, street plays, and student-guest discussions to foster joyful learning experiences.

On January 23, 2024, commemorating Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti, a Painting Competition will occur across 500 districts nationwide. The themes will encompass topics like Chandrayaan and India's sporting achievements, aiming to showcase exams as a celebration of life.

Around 2,050 participants with outstanding questions on the MyGov portal will be selected to receive a special Pariksha Pe Charcha kit containing the Prime Minister's book "Exam Warriors" in Hindi and English, along with a certificate.
