New Delhi: The death warrant for hanging the four convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case is on 20 March. As per the schedule, the preparations for hanging the culprits have been completed. Pawan Jallad, who came from Meerut to hang the culprits of the Nirbhaya case, has also completed a dummy practice in Tihar Jail on Wednesday.
