Patna: In Bihar's Muzaffarpur district, in the holy month of Ramzan, on Friday (April 7), there has been information about a ruckus after Friday prayers. It is being reported that seven people have been injured after a clash between two sides of the same community here. A woman is also included among the injured. The assailants attacked each other with sticks and rods. After getting the information, the police reached the scene, pacified the situation, and took the injured to the hospital. Both parties have lodged complaints against each other at the police station. There is also an allegation of robbery along with the murderous attack in the complaint. So far, there is news of four accused being taken into custody in this case.

According to media reports, the case is that of Thanakshetra Nagar in Muzaffarpur. Friday prayers (April 7) were being offered on Tilak Maidan Road here. Meanwhile, on some matter, there started a dispute between the two sides of the Muslim community. In no time, many people from both sides gathered on the spot. In no time, both sides started fighting with kicks and punches. Women were also involved in this clash. Then they started attacking each other with bamboo and sticks. The video of this clash is going viral on social media.
In this case, the Muzaffarpur police have said that both parties belong to the same community (Muslim). According to the police, the matter is being investigated by registering FIRs on both sides. Wasim, the leader of the ruling party RJD, is also said to have been injured in this clash. Wasim alleges that when he came out of the mosque after offering prayers, he was assaulted. RJD leader has called Mohammad Tyab Azad as the attacker. It is being told that due to the attack, there is a case filed by RJD leader Wasim against the opposition in the Municipal Corporation. This case is related to an illegally installed cart, which Wasim is being pressured to withdraw. The condition of the injured is stable. The matter is being investigated by the police.
