The political crisis in Rajasthan is constantly deepening. Departing from the CMR and Vidhan Sabha reached the High Court and then the Supreme Court, in this case, the phase of filing petitions in the court has now intensified. Now the pilot group has filed separate applications in both the High Court and the Supreme Court.

On the one hand, the pilot camp has filed a caveat in the Supreme Court on the petition of Dr. CP Joshi, Speaker of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly, that no decision should be taken without hearing his side. Also, on the other hand, the Pilot Group has also requested to make the Central Government a party in the summons and petition by applying in the Rajasthan High Court. The petition said that the petitioner has challenged the constitutionality of Para-2-A of the Tenth Schedule to the Constitution. Therefore, the central government should be made a party in this.

It should be noted that in the case of whip violation in political crisis, the Speaker had issued summons to 19 rebel MLAs including Sachin Pilot. After which the pilot camp reached the High Court. Hearing has been completed in this case. The High Court has reserved its decision in this case. The High Court will pronounce its decision on 24 July. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, the Speaker of the Assembly filed the SLP in the Supreme Court regarding this issue. Dr. Joshi said in his petition that there was never any expectation from the judiciary that he would interfere in such a case. Due to which constitutional deadlock has arisen. The case is scheduled to be heard in the Supreme Court on Thursday.
