When he lost the by-elections, he reduced the tax on petrol and diesel, but a little bit. Fearing the defeat of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, all three black agricultural laws have to be withdrawn. Farmers had been agitating since November 26. Immediately after the Bihar election results, we were on the streets in support of the farmers. On the same day, the anti-farmer Nitish-BJP booked several of our leaders/workers, including me, for opposing these agricultural laws and supporting the farmers. The farmers won'.
