Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his vision for India, aiming to make the country a welcoming home for people across the globe. In an interview with the media House, PM Modi highlighted India's economic goals and addressed concerns while outlining his plans for the nation's future.

Emphasizing India's commitment to achieving a robust USD five trillion economy, PM Modi positioned the nation as an attractive destination for investment and progress. He compared India not to China but to other democracies, stressing that the country's rapid economic growth contradicts the pervasive concerns often raised by critics.

The Prime Minister revealed his government's mission to elevate India to developed status by 2047, coinciding with its 100th anniversary. He noted the nation's remarkable transformation from being labeled as one of the "Fragile Five" to becoming the world's fifth-largest economy.

PM Modi acknowledged the evolving aspirations of India's populace, stating that the nation stands at the brink of progress and that citizens desire swift advancement, trusting the party that has led them this far.

Addressing the issue of attracting Indian-origin CEOs from global companies, PM Modi highlighted India's efforts to create an environment conducive to nurturing talent within the country rather than solely focusing on repatriation.

The Prime Minister envisions a system where people worldwide feel at home in India, promoting familiar and welcoming processes and standards. He stressed the importance of an inclusive global standard system that India aspires to establish.

Recently, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) commended India's robust economic growth, resilient financial sector, and strides in formalization and digital infrastructure. The IMF projected India's real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to grow at 6.3% in FY2023/24 and FY2024/25, signaling a continued strong growth trajectory.

Highlighting a substantial decline in unemployment from 9.6% in 2011 to a noteworthy 3.2% in 2023, PM Modi emphasized the improved economic conditions and the influx of millions into the workforce, driving India's growth.

PM Modi's vision aims to position India as a key player amid global shifts, showcasing the country's potential and aspirations in the evolving global landscape.
