New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi on Sunday arrived for the inauguration of five underpasses, including the main tunnel of the Integrated Transit Corridor project at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. After the inauguration, he was inspecting the tunnel and saw the artefacts inside the tunnel. Due to this, he saw some garbage inside the tunnel and could not stop himself.  

He suddenly bent down and started picking up the garbage while walking. Seeing this style of his, once again people became aware of their PM. By doing so, Prime Minister Modi also gave a big message to the people that it is his responsibility not to spread dirt in these underpasses. This video of the PM picking up garbage is going viral on social media.

 

It may be noted that today, Prime Minister Modi has dedicated five underpasses, including the main tunnel of the Pragati Maidan Integrated Transit Corridor project, to the nation. From today, the tunnel and underpass will be opened for the general public. This will facilitate the movement of all the roads near Pragati Maidan. Millions of motorists coming out of these roads will be able to reach their destinations without jams. Prime Minister Modi, who arrived to inaugurate the underpass, while addressing the gathering, said that the Government of India is continuously working. We are building international convention and expo centres at Dwarka in Delhi, while the redevelopment project at Pragati Maidan. This is going to be an example in itself.
