Hyderabad: PM Narendra Modi today on Saturday (April 8) flagged off the first Vande Bharat Express train in Telangana. Thereafter, while addressing the public there, he attacked the state government. Prime Minister Modi said the people of Telangana will have to fight against appeasement, familyism, and corruption.

Because of this, Prime Minister Modi said, we have increased the system of digital payment across the country, but why didn't this happen earlier? He said this did not happen because the dynastic forces did not want to give up their control over the system. The Prime Minister said that these powers wanted to keep control over which beneficiaries would get what benefits and how much. He said the people of Telangana have to fight against appeasement and corruption. He said that due to a lack of cooperation from the state government in the projects of the Centre, the public suffers. The Prime Minister said some people are fed up with the development works; these people see the taste of their family in every project, and they do not want to give up their control over the system.

The Prime Minister said the time that has passed since Telangana became a separate state is as long as the NDA government at the Centre. We are moving forward with the slogan Sabaka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas, Sabka Vishwas. Addressing the Vande Bharat Express, Prime Minister Modi said another Vande Bharat train connecting Telangana and Andhra Pradesh had been flagged off. This train is going to connect faith, modernity, and tourism in some way. Along with this, a project worth more than Rs 11 thousand crore has been inaugurated, and the foundation stone was laid here today. He said the Vande Bharat train will connect the city of Bhagyalakshmi Temple with the city of Lord Venkateswara. The Prime Minister said, I am also sad that, due to the lack of cooperation from the state government amid the efforts of the Centre, I am getting delayed in getting my projects. The state government is urged to focus on expediting development projects instead of obstructing them.
