New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi remains the most popular politician on social media in the country. According to a report, between August and October, the biggest trend on social media platforms like Google, Twitter and YouTube was associated with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. PM Modi is ahead of all other leaders on the social media platform. PM Modi got 2,171 trends.

He was followed by CM Jaganmohan Reddy of Andhra Pradesh, who secured 2,137 trends. Check brand, an online sentiment analysis company, conducted an online analysis of the top 95 political leaders on social media as well as the top 500 influential figures from August to October this year. Other trending politicians include West Bengal CM and Trinamool Congress (TMC) supremo Mamata Banerjee, Congress Working President Sonia Gandhi, Maharashtra CM and Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray and former Congress National President Rahul Gandhi.

It analyzed over 100 million online votes for the first edition of the report. PM Narendra Modi is the most popular leader on social media. He has topped the trading charts on Twitter, YouTube, Google search from August to October this year. According to a study, its brand value is around Rs 336 crore.
