Now in the Pocso law, the difference between boys and girls will end. The bill for this change in Poxo law is likely to be approved in the monsoon session of Parliament. This bill also provides for the punishment of death from rape or miscreants with children up to 12 years of age. An ordinance has already been brought on this change in the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (Pocso  ) for crimes against small children. In the case of misbehavior, it is also proposed to be heard in three months and appeals in six months. In this proposal, it has also been made clear that who is guilty of rape or misdeed of a child under 12 years of age will be given a minimum 20 years jail or even life sentence for death. The penalty should be imposed so that the victim can be helped and treated.
