The police has booked a 75-year-old man for outraging modesty of his own three and half year old great grand daughter when she was alone in the house on 21 and 22 January. The family resides in the Shingave Bahula village near Devlali.

At the time of the incident, the victim was alone at the home with her great grand daughter as all other family members were gone out. Her mother when saw injuries at her private part filed a complaint.

The police has registered a case against the man under sections 354 (outraging modesty) of IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 (POCSO).
