Ranchi: A shameful incident has come to light from Jharkhand where a 20-year-old girl was missing for 4 days. The family searched a lot but could not find her. Now her body has been found in a well. A preliminary investigation has revealed that she was raped and murdered. The case is from Chakradharpur in Jharkhand. The deceased was the daughter of a railway employee. The victim's body was found just 70 meters away from her house.

Meanwhile, people informed the police that the girl's body was found in the well located near the house. The police recovered the body and identified it with the family members.
Significantly, the body of the girl was recovered from the well in a very suspicious condition. The deceased was in a semi-naked condition. There was a cloth in her mouth. There is an 8 feet high boundary wall around the place where her body was found. Police suspect that many people may be involved in the murder. The possibility of gang rape has also been expressed. Station House Officer Chandrashekhar Kumar said that the police have registered a case under sections of murder and rape and are investigating. He said that anything can be said clearly only after the postmortem report comes.
