Bhopal: To avoid corona, it has become very important for people to apply face masks and sanitize their hands. People are falling prey to skin disease by using sanitizer. Every day 15 to 20 people reach Hamidia Hospital complaining about the skin of the hand. That's why doctors are advising people to use sanitizer less. In many places of the city, sanitizers are being sold at cheap prices on the roadside and in the streets. Many are selling by mixing water and chemicals together. According to doctors, the use of substandard sanitizer can cause harm. The drug dealers have also expressed their objection and demanded action.

People keep applying sanitizer on their hands again and again to avoid corona. Many people are troubled by skin diseases due to this. Neelam Joshi, a resident of Kolar, told that she repeatedly sanitizes her hands. The skin of the hand has become dry due to this. Dermatologist Dr Sumit Soni said that the amount of alcohol in the sanitizer is high. It is causing skin related diseases. Water and chemical are also added to the sanitizer available at a cheaper price which is harmful to the skin. Dryness and other diseases can occur in the skin.

MP Chemists and Druggists Association has demanded to take action by applying to the Controller, Food and Drug Administration, Bhopal. Told that there are 28 thousand 565 drug dealers in the state. They maintain the availability of masks, gloves and sanitizers, but taking advantage of the epidemic, many people are selling non-alcoholic sanitizers in the street. Purchase and sale should be stopped immediately.
