Mumbai: In many parts of Mumbai, the public is facing a shortage of power supply today. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said that due to some technical problems, the power supply has been snapped in many parts of the city. Our team is working to solve this problem. The power supply is expected to be restored in an hour. We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, there was no electricity until the news was written.

Mumbai Power, on the other hand, reported that the power supply on HB and Mainline was snapped from 9.49 am. Trains are running on all other corridors. The head of BEST's electric supply division has informed that power supply to most parts of Mumbai has been affected due to tripping of the MSEB 220kv transmission line on Mulund-Trombay.

In March last year, there was a serious power outage in Mumbai. It was reported that this power outage was the worst power outage in decades. This power outage in Mumbai was also linked to the ongoing battle between India and China. The report claimed that it was a cyberattack on India by Chinese hackers. It was being said that this cyber attack was done by China to warn India.
