Lucknow: Every region of the country is affected due to Corona Pandemic. In the meantime, Talking about Uttar Pradesh, the number of people infected with COVID-19 in Prayagraj of the state has stabilized around three hundred. On Monday, 302 new infections were found, while two people lost their lives. Earlier, 303 COVID-19 patients were found on Saturday and 304 on Sunday respectively.

CMO Dr. GS Bajpai said that the number of dead on Monday was less than in the past several days. In the past, there were four or five deaths every day. Along with this, the recovery rate is also increasing. According to Health Department data, the recovery rate has reached around 74 percent. On Monday, 286 people recovered from the infection. In this, 76 were discharged from the hospital, and home isolation of 210 people was completed. The number of active cases has reached 2386.

According to the CMO, the total number of COVID-19 patients in the city has increased to 9668 after getting 302 newly infected. In this, 3495 have been discharged from the hospital, while home isolation of 3633 people has been completed. On Monday, six people from Kotwan-Bani, nine from Kalindipuram, 11 from Railway Hospital, four from Unani, 20 from Bailey, five from Private Hospital, 21 from SRN Hospital were discharged. With this, swab samples have been taken for the test of 3072 suspected patients. The report of 3186 people has come negative. With this, the situation in the city is slightly better than before.
