The woman, a resident of Bhadaval village under Kamasin police station area of Banda district, said that after the lockdown was announced on the evening of March 24 (Tuesday) due to coronavirus, the factory owner had removed all the workers from the factory without paying them. Dr Sampurnanand Mishra, Chief Medical Officer (CMS) of the Banda District Hospital said that "The couple has come to Banda on Tuesday, after an initial examination at the trauma centre, they have been taken by ambulance to their village Bhadaval."
