The budget session of Parliament has started from today i.e. Wednesday (January 31), which is going to continue till February 9. This is the last interim budget of the second term of the Modi government, which Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is going to present tomorrow i.e. on 1st February. The interim budget session of Parliament started with the address of President Draupadi Murmu. In her first address in the new Parliament, President Draupadi Murmu has said that this is my first address in the new Parliament building. President Draupadi Murmu, while giving the first address in the new Parliament building, also said that there is an aroma of 'One India, Best India' here. Amidst serious crises across the world, India is the fastest growing economy and the country's growth rate has been 1.5 percent in the last two consecutive quarters. Earlier, Prime Minister Modi had addressed the media and also gave advice to the MPs who were creating ruckus. So let us know the special things of the President's address.

1. President Murmu, while addressing the joint meeting of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, said that the aspiration of building Ram temple has been there for centuries, today it has come true. My government is fully aware of the concerns of the youth regarding the irregularities in the examinations, it has been decided to make a new law to bring strictness in this direction.

2. President Draupadi Murmu, continuing his speech, said that we have been hearing slogans of 'eliminate poverty' since childhood, (but) for the first time in my life, I have seen poverty being eliminated on a large scale, during the tenure of my government. Nearly 25 crore countrymen have come out of poverty. In the last decade, the government has made good governance and transparency the basis of every system.

3. Continuing his talk, President Draupadi Murmu has said that the banking system which was in collapse earlier, is today one of the strongest banking systems in the world; Today the NPA of banks is only four percent. Today every Indian is proud to see the indigenously built aircraft carrier INS Vikrant.

4. Referring to the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya and the passing of the law providing reservation to women in the Lok Sabha and state assemblies, President Draupadi Murmu on Wednesday announced that the concerns of the youth regarding the irregularities in the government examination will be addressed. Is aware of this and is about to make a law to stop it. The President has said, 'My government is aware of the concerns of the youth regarding the irregularities in the examinations, a decision has been taken to make a new law to bring strictness in this direction.'
