Shimla: President Ram Nath Kovind was seen at ridge ground in Shimla in the evening on the third day of his visit to Himachal. After reaching here, he did something that surprised everyone. In fact, the President was accompanied by his wife and daughter. At the same ridge ground, the President met the common people present there. A large number of people had come to see the President. Meeting him, President Ram Nath Kovind asked, 'How much inconvenience was caused to you because I came to the ridge.'

On this, the general public said, "There was no inconvenience, the police have made a good estimate. After that, someone thanked the President for coming to the Ridge Ground, and someone urged him to stay here.'' In the meantime, the President smiled at everyone's words and said, 'You are the best. After all this, the President went to the HPMC juice bar at Ridge Maidan and bought popcorn worth Rs 600 from here.'

Tell you that 15 packets came for Rs. 600 and feed popcorn to all the people present there. President Ram Nath Kovind was also seen eating popcorn along with others. On the other hand, Mehar Singh, a mandi resident working at the juice bar, says, "We first refused to take popcorn money from the President, but he gave the entire Rs. 600 and also gave a tip of 100.''
