Raipur: In Sukma district of Chhattisgarh, an explosion of a pressure bomb killed a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan which was planted by the Naxals as per the sources.

The Jawan who lost his life is identified as Havaldar Parasnath Saroj and he was posted with the 219th battalion of CRPF.

A police official as per the source said "A road construction work was going on in the area and a CRPF team was patrolling when Saroj accidentally stepped on the pressure bomb and suffered serious injuries," The police is trying to trace the Naxals.
