New Delhi: Today is the 10th day of the winter session of Parliament. The proceedings of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha were started at 11 o'clock. Proceedings of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha adjourned: Reports say that there was uproar in Rajya Sabha also at the beginning of the 10th day of the Parliament session. After which the proceedings of the House were adjourned. Not only this, the Lok Sabha proceedings have been adjourned even as they were about to begin today. Lok Sabha has been adjourned till 2 pm.
