The anonymous worker who died while working for PSY's P NATION's 'Summer Swag' festival crew has drawn criticism. The worker, who was allegedly Mongolian and in their 20s, died after falling while working in hazardous conditions for the festival. Despite the fact that the tragedy happened on July 31, P NATION later issued a statement expressing their sorrow.

P NATION acknowledged the situation in their message of condolence by stating that an outsourced employee had died at the Gangneung Sports Complex in Gangwon Province while working on the construction of stage structures. They stated their desire to assist with the deceased's funeral in the same message. Additionally, the agency pledged to take corrective action to prevent this from happening again.

The labour ministry searched P NATION's Seoul office on August 25, according to the most recent information. To determine if the worker has the proper safety equipment while performing on the stage, the investigative procedure may be continued. In addition, they'll determine whether the weather was hazardous enough for the workers. 

According to reports, P NATION was the subject of a search and seizure warrant in order to determine whether the business had broken the law requiring outdoor work to be suspended in dangerous weather conditions. According to a statement from the Ministry of Employment and Labour, many officials were dispatched to find pertinent material for the investigation. The well-known festival has previously drawn the ire of online users for using an excessive amount of water while the towns around it had a water shortage.
