Covid-19, which is continuously spreading in Punjab, killed 36 more people on Thursday. With this, the number of people who died due to this epidemic in the state has crossed the seven hundred mark to 706. 1035 new cases of corona have also been reported in the state, with which the total number of corona victims has increased to 27936.

According to the health department, at present 9391 patients are admitted in isolation wards in various hospitals of the state. The condition of 167 of them is very serious. 142 patients are on oxygen support and 25 on ventilators. Meanwhile, there is also good news of the recovery of 627 patients in the state. Of the 627 patients who were discharged on health, 160 from Ludhiana, 83 from Moga, 72 from Amritsar, 70 from Ferozepur, 55 from Tarn Taran, 36 from Ropar, 26 from Kapurthala, 23-23 from Sangrur and Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur. And 15-15 from Fatehgarh Sahib, 14 from Muktsar, 13 from Mansa, 11 from Pathankot, 5 from Fazilka, 4 from Barnala and 2 from Nawanshahar. With this, the number of people who beat Corona in the state has also increased.

On Thursday, 13 people died in the epidemic Corona in Ludhiana. At the same time, 186 new cases have come out. The death toll due to Corona has reached 207 so far in Ludhiana. The total number of infected have been 5948. In view of the increasing graph of corona infection, the district administration has created 20 micro containment zones. The government guidelines are being strictly followed in these areas. As of Thursday, the number of Corona active cases in Ludhiana has reached 1710.
