During a phone discussion on Saturday, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic addressed Russian natural gas supply to Serbia.
According to media reports, citing a Kremlin statement, the presidents emphasised that the two sides have organised activities to provide steady supply of heat and electricity to Serbian families and companies. According to the statement, the assurance of sufficient gas supply was given amid a natural gas crisis and rising energy costs in Europe.
Putin and Vucic agreed to keep in touch and coordinate at various levels during their phone chat.
