Reports  of a radioactive leak from the cargo area of the T3 terminal at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International airport have been come out in to the news gallery. The Fire officials told the situations is now in contriol.

The information about a package leak was affirmative Officials at the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board, the nodal agency for radioactive issues in India said. But whether it is not certain to be a radioactive substance. That will be known only after certain tests. Specialist teams have been dispatched to conduct the tests.

A team from the National Disaster Management Authority is also on way.   

For now, the package has been isolated and area has been cordoned off. The crisis management group of the Department of Atomic Energy has been activated.

The entire area has been evacuated. Fire engines have been sent to the cargo terminal, officials have said.
