Amritsar: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) may be claiming victory in the proposed assembly elections in Punjab, but the fact remains that there has been infighting within the party itself, which could cost Kejriwal's party in the elections. In fact, on Friday (January 7, 2022), a press conference was held by AAP in Jalandhar. In the meantime, AAP leaders clashed over ticket sharing and started kicking and punching there.

Former Congress corporator Dinesh Dhal was to be given the membership of the party during Raghav Chadha's press conference at the press club, but there was a controversy among the AAP leaders over ticket distribution. Meanwhile, opposition to Punjab co-in-charge K Raghav Chadha was witnessed, where AAP leaders raised slogans of 'Raghav Chadha Chor Hai.' It would have been fortunate if the matter had stayed till this point, but the dispute increased so much that people started kicking and punching fiercely. After about 45-50 minutes of ruckus over ticket distribution, Raghav Chadha had to run out of the back door.

Videos related to this internal ruckus in AAP are being shared fiercely on social media. In the video going viral, party leaders are seen pushing and thrashing each other at Jalandhar Press Club. BJP leader Laxmikant Bhardwaj has also shared a video of this incident on social media, in which AAP workers and leaders are raising slogans of 'Raghav Chadha Chor Hai.'
