Kanpur: After the death of Yadupathi Singhania, a Kanpur based businessman and managing director of JK Cement, known as Cement King, the company has commanded the responsibilities in the hands of his mother Sushila Singhania. His nephew Raghavpat Singhania will be the new managing director of JK Cement, while Raghav's brother Madhavpat Singhania has been appointed as deputy managing director.

Raghav had only the work of JK White cement till now. But now, he is the managing director of the entire company. Kavita Singhania, the wife of Yadupati Singhania, has been made director. This decision was taken in a meeting of the Board of Directors of JK Cement. Yadupati Sinhania died on 13 August in Singapore. Yadupati's mother Sushila Sinhania was still in the director's responsibility. Now she is the president of the company.

The responsibilities of Raghav and Maghav, both sons of Nidhipat Singhania, brother of Yadupati, who was already holding the responsibility of the company, have been increased. Ajay Kumar Saraogi, who played an important role in the company, has been appointed as Managing Director in place of Executive Director. Saraogi is also the Chief Financial Officer of the company. JK cement is used in 43 countries of the world. The company is the second-largest and one of the largest companies in the world in the production of white cement.
