Congress President Rahul Gandhi addressed a gathering in Hoskote. People, especially the women of Kolar, turned out in large numbers to join Congress President Gandhi's protest against rising fuel prices.

Gandhi scions ride a bicycle in Kolar where he also protested against the rising fuel prices in the country.

In his press meet He took a jibe on PM Modi as saying, “There are 3 modes in a mobile phone, work mode, speaker mode & airplane mode. Modi Ji only uses speaker mode & airplane mode, he never uses work mode”, Congress President Rahul Gandhi in Bengaluru Rural.

While Karnataka CM lashed out PM Modi as asserting, “He (PM) calls himself a 'chowkidar'. He let Nirav Modi and Mallaya escape, what kind of 'chowkidar' is he? He keeps saying 'Achhe Din' but where are Achhe Din'? He thinks that just because he is saying it in Hindi we won't understand but we understand pretty well”.

CM Siddaramaiah labeled Union Minister Ananth Kumar Hegde , “BJP doesn't believe in social justice,good for poor and socialism. Ananth Kumar Hegde is 'nalayak' not fit to be a gram panchayat leader&they have made him Union Minister. If Narendra Modi tries to change Constitution there will be bloodshed in this country”.

Meanwhile INC launched its first crowd funding campaign to support its candidate Dr Yogesh Babu for Contributing towards clean politics.
