New Delhi: A delegation of opposition parties met President Ram Nath Kovind amid farmers' agitation against the agricultural laws brought by the Center on Wednesday. Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi was among the leaders who met the President. After meeting Ramnath Kovind, Rahul attacked the Modi government fiercely over the agricultural laws.

Rahul Gandhi said in support of farmers that the farmer of India will not be scared. Until the three laws are withdrawn, the farmers will continue protesting. Rahul said that the farmer has laid the foundation of this country and they work for this country all day. The laws that have been passed are anti-farmer. He also said that PM Modi had said that these laws are for the benefit of farmers. The question arises that if these are in the interest of the farmers then why are the farmers standing on the streets?

Rahul Gandhi further said that why the farmer is so angry because the goal of these laws is to stop the friends of Prime Minister Modi, the agricultural system of India, and the farmer has understood this very well. No one can stand in front of the power of the farmer and the government should not be in misunderstanding.
