CHENNAI: On February 28, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will release the first part of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin's autobiography, 'Ungalil Oruvan' (One Among You).

The Chief Minister's office issued a statement on Thursday night announcing this. The event will be attended by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, and Tejashwi Yadav, the leader of the opposition in the Bihar legislative Assembly.

S. Duraimurugan, a senior DMK leader and Minister for Water Works in the M.K. Stalin government, will preside over the event. The book will be introduced by Tamil actor Satyraraj. According to reports, Stalin recounted his journey into politics as a schoolboy in his book, as well as how great leaders like Periyar, C.N. Annadurai, and his father Kalaignar Karunanidhi taught him the fundamentals of politics and service to society.

The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister also mentions the hardships of the Dravidian movement's founding leaders, such as Periyar, Annadurai, and Karunanidhi, in his book. He has also published a book about the DMK's growth after years of fighting for the people's causes.
