Let us tell you, the houses of the people of villages like Dhilam, Jowl Dhunga, Dhapa, Rathi Balsankot, Sera Kaithi, Sewala etc. have been severely damaged due to rain. The same road connecting Munsiyari, Darkot, Madkot, Pithoragarh has been washed away due to heavy rains here. Through this route, Milam is passed near Dhapa to the villages along the China border. The rain has blocked the road connecting the China border.

Munsiyari Darkot road has been broken twenty meters. Because of which contact with about 7 thousand population has been lost. In Champawat city, the road on the Tanakpur-Pithoragarh National Highway has been broken. Here, erosion has occurred due to rain. The fields are also covered with debris. A house near Swanla has been damaged due to rain. Due to heavy rains, the Kiroda Nala is on the upsurge on the Tanakpur Purnagiri road. Traffic is closed here right now. A shop has been buried under rubble due to cracking of rock in Purnagiri. The same thing is being done continuously to get control over it now.
