It also costs state governments billions of rupees a month to make India clean and clean. Awareness campaigns are carried out everywhere for sanitation, making the city aware through advertisements to make their city clean on behalf of the administration. But how much this administration can deliver government schemes to the people is still a big question. According to the report, toilets were constructed under the Swachh Bharat Yojana in Sardarshahar to ensure that toilets are provided in the house and people do not have to go out for defecation, but the awareness authorities' claims are proving to be hollow.

In fact, in the toilets constructed under the Prime Minister's Swachh Bharat Yojana in Sardar city's Ward No.14, the administration crossed all limits on corruption. The toilets that were constructed in this poor township houses have neither water tanks nor connections to their land. The contractors got the bill passed by taking a picture of the beneficiary by putting the roof on top of the four walls and writing the name of the beneficiary at the doorstep.  But the condition of this Dalit settlement today is that even the daughter-in-law of the settlement goes in the open for defecation.
