New Delhi: Superstar Rajinikanth has put a pause on speculation about his political innings. He issued a statement today stating why he would not step into politics. Recently, Rajinikanth's fellows had organized an event and urged them to withdraw the decision not to join politics.

"I have made my decision," Thalaiva said today, adding that Rajinikanth had said on December 29, 2020, that he would not step into politics. He attributed the corona epidemic to it. He says that if he joins politics, it will affect his health. Earlier, the actor had said that he would form a political party and contest the Tamil Nadu assembly elections.

The name and logo of Rajinikanth's party were also released. Rajinikanth's party was named all India Makkal Sewai Katchi (All India People's Service Party) and the party symbol was 'Auto'. However, later on, he was forced to change his decision due to his health. As the assembly elections are proposed in Tamil Nadu in April-May 2021, Rajinikanth's landing and not getting into politics is of great significance.
