Lucknow: There is a lot of excitement among all the citizens about Bhoomi Poojan to be held on 5 August in Ramnagari Ayodhya. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra General Secretary Champat Rai made it clear on Monday that two hundred and fifty people, including 135 saints and mahatmas of 36 major traditions from across the country, have been invited to the Bhoomipujan ceremony held on 5 August by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat will reach Ayodhya on Tuesday.

In view of COVID-19, LK Advani, Murali Manohar Joshi, and former CM Kalyan Singh, who are the main leaders of the Ram Mandir movement, being more elderly are not attending the ceremony. He postponed the question asked about Uma Bharti's displeasure. Talking to reporters in Karsevakapuram, Champat Rai said in his statement, the foundation stone of the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi temple has been completed in 1989 itself. Work will begin by placing a brick with Bhumi Pujan in the hands of PM Narendra Modi. Explaining further, he said that the invitation letter has been prepared. Its distribution has started from Monday.

Among the invited saints, the Dasnami Sanyasi tradition, Ramananda Vaishnava tradition, Ramanuja tradition, Nath tradition, Nimbark, Madhwacharya, Vallabhacharya, Ramasnehi, indifferent, Nirmale saint, Kabir Panthi, Chinmaya mission, Ramakrishna mission, Lingayat, Valmiki Saint, Ravidasi Saint, Arya Samaj, Sikh tradition, Buddhist, Jain, Saint Kaivalya Gyan, Saint Panth, ISKAN, Swami Narayan, Varkari, Eknath, Banjara Saint, Vanvasi Saint, Adivasi Gaud, Guru tradition, Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Acharya Samaj, Saint Samiti, Sindhi Saint, Arena Saints of Janakpur will be present along with various areas of Nepal including the office bearers of the council. Everyone is eagerly waiting for the Bhoomi Pujan to be held tomorrow.
