Ranveer Singh who is riding high on the success of his film ' 'Padmaavat' starring Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor in the lead roles. And the actor Ranveer Singh who is going to next seen in 'Gully Boy' and 'Simmba'. Simmba which is the remake of a Telugu film, however, the actor doesn't want to do any more South remakes.

Simmba is being directed by Rohit Shetty. The film is a remake of Telugu film Temper. The first look of Simmba has made everyone excited and Ranveer looked amazing in a cop avatar. However, a leading tabloid reports that Ranveer Singh doesn't want to do any more South Indian movie remakes after Simmba. The actor wants to work in the different genre and has turned down many offers which were remakes of South movies.
 
Meanwhile, as reported by a leading daily, "Ajay Devgn will be seen in an interesting cameo for Simmba and it will be towards the climax of the movie.  A source revealed to the daily, "Rohit wanted someone to play a special character, so he decided to approach Ajay, who will have an interesting part in Simmba’s climax. Every time Rohit plans a film, Ajay is the first one he bounces off his ideas to. In fact, he was the one who felt Ranveer would be ideal for this movie."
 
Simmba is slated to release on December 28, 2018.
