Recently, the photo of a fake death certificate is going viral on social media, which is being certified by the Delhi Municipal Corporation. According to this, a retired colonel of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI has died in the custody of a National Investigation Agency (NIA) this month.

It is believed in the information that this fake certificate has been spread by Pakistan. According to the news website The Print, sources in the security agency said that this certificate was first seen late Tuesday night on the WhatsApp groups of Pakistan. The source said that this is completely fake because the Delhi Municipal Corporation has not issued any such certificate.

According to the information received from the sources, at first glance, this certificate looks genuine, but upon looking carefully, it becomes known that it is fake. On one side in the certificate, the spelling of Delhi is written wrongly, on the other hand, the name of the Deputy Police Commissioner, Special Cell is written as Rajiv Ranjan, who is actually the staff officer of Delhi Police Commissioner. Another officer in Delhi Police is named Rajiv Ranjav, who is on the post of Additional Commissioner (Crime).

According to Pakistani media, Lt Col (retd) Mohammad Habib has been missing from Lumbini, Nepal since 6 April 2017. It is close to the Indian border. Pakistani media also alleged that Habib was abducted by the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) to avenge the death penalty to Kulbhushan Jadhav. The same rumor has arisen that Habib may be in India's custody, but it has not been officially announced yet.
