Lucknow: A piece of big news has come from Lucknow. In fact, the fire continues to wreak havoc here. A fire broke out in the house of a retired IPS officer late on Saturday night. At the same time, the IPS officer died in this incident. His wife and son are in critical condition. On receiving information about the incident, four fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and tried to control the fire. At the same time, the retired IPS, his wife and his son were badly injured in the fire. Somehow, the fire brigade personnel carried out a rescue operation and pulled out the three people.

It is being told that retired IPS Dinesh Chand Pandey died during treatment at Lohia Hospital. At present, his wife and son are undergoing treatment. A fire broke out on the first floor of the house of retired IG Dinesh Chandra Pandey, a resident of Indira Nagar C Block, late on Saturday night. Dinesh Chandra Pandey, his wife Aruna and his son Shashank were all trapped.

On receiving information about the matter, firemen from Indira Nagar fire station and Ghazipur police reached the spot and after hard work, a joint team of the fire brigade and police pulled out the three people trapped on the first floor and took them to Lohia Hospital for treatment. After that, the doctors here declared Dinesh Chandra Pandey dead, while the condition of his wife and son remains critical.
