The entertainment industry is still reeling from Vaishali Takkar's passing. The loss is too much for fans, friends, and family to handle. On Sunday, October 16, 2022, the actress' body was discovered at her home in Indore. The investigation into Vaishali's suicide has started because she left behind a note that appears to be a hint that her ex-boyfriend was harassing and stressing her out.

In the 2015 television drama "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai," Vaishali Takkar made her acting debut as the best friend of actor Rohan Mehra. Following Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Sasural Simar Ka—in which the actress portrayed Rohan's wife—showed Rohan and Vaishali together. They were not only best friends off-screen and had a great sense of camaraderie, but they were also on-screen partners. Rohan Mehra was deeply shaken by the news of Vaishali Takkar's suicide, and the actor is still reeling from the shocking turn of events.

In a conversation with this publication, Rohan revealed that he was aware that Vaishali was taking medication and struggled with anxiety. He disclosed the numerous things Vaishali was undertaking to care for herself and feel better. She was feeling better, according to Rohan, but he now feels that he was mistaken. Vaishali was described by Rohan as being very mature and speaking frequently about spiritual matters. He said he was unable to understand why she took such a drastic step. In his last conversation with Vaishali, which was two days prior to the incident, Rohan Mehra recalled that she did not sound upset and that they had a pleasant conversation.

Vaishali was thrilled, according to Rohan, because she was getting married soon and had invited him as well. He said, "She had asked me to make reservations; maine bola tha woh toh jaise dates paas aayenge karwa doonga."

With the television series "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai," Vaishali Takkar made her acting debut in 2015. The actress also appeared in TV programmes like Yeh Vaada Raha, Sasural Simar Ka, Super Sisters, Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara, Manmohini 2, and others. She last appeared in the movie "Rakshabandhan," where she co-starred with actor Nishant Malkani.
