Often chapatis are left in the kitchen and then everyone refuses to eat them. In such a situation, we are left with no other option but to throw it away. But today we are going to tell you a quick way to prepare a tasty snack using the leftover roti. This is an analogy of leftover chapatis which will be enjoyed by your family members. Let us tell you how to make it.

Required Ingredients-
4 loaves
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
half capsicum finely chopped
half tsp mustard
half cup pea granules
1 tbsp groundnuts,
1 tsp roasted coriander powder
half tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste

For garnishing- Finely chopped green coriander leaves

Method-  First break the chapatis into small pieces. After this heat oil in a pan on the gas. Add mustard seeds to it. Now when mustard seeds start crackling, add green chillies and onions and cook on medium heat. After this cook the onion till golden, then add tomatoes, capsicum and peas and cook for 3 minutes. Now add coriander, red chilli powder and peanuts to the pan and cook for a minute. After this add the pieces of chapatis and salt and mix. Cook it for 2 minutes and switch off the gas. So take the dish of the remaining roti. Now garnish it with green coriander leaves and serve it hot.
