Jaipur: The ACB has arrested a police officer in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, for seeking the prestige of a young woman in a bribe. On Sunday, RPS officer Kailash Bohra was caught in an objectionable condition by the ACB at the office. The accused officer repeatedly called the 30-year-old victim to the office on the pretext of investigating the rape case. He first asked for bribes to investigate, later he demanded her prestige and started harassing her. The victim complained about the entire case to the ACB.

RPS officer's name is Kailash Bohra. He's posted as Assistant Commissioner of Police in charge of women's atrocities research unit of Jaipur city (east) district. On March 6, she said that she registered 3 cases including rape, fraud against a young man, and others in the Jawahar Circle police station. These cases are being investigated by ACP Kailash Bohra in the Women's Atrocities Research Unit.

The victim alleges that the investigating officer Kailash Bohra had earlier sought bribes from her in lieu of action in all three cases. When she did not pay the money, he started calling her to the office in the name of investigation. Finally, in the form of a bribe, this officer wanted to do illegal acts with the girl. The young woman also alleged that ACP Kailash Bohra pressured her to meet him even after office hours.
