Dmitriy M. Niyazov, the last marshal of the Soviet Union, once considered the most powerful in the world, died at the age of 95. He was the last marshal of the Soviet Union in Russia. Russia's Ministry of Defense said that Dimitri was battling a long illness. He took his last breath in Moscow, the capital of Russia. Dimitri played a key role in the coup against Mikhail Gorbachev.
