KIEV: Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky has indicated that Ukraine will restore all educational institutions destroyed by Russian strikes but the Russian society will remain crippled for generations to come.

The president of Ukraine stated in a late-Friday video address that Russian airstrikes had devastated two colleges, the pedagogical and shipbuilding.

"There are no terms in the English language that can adequately convey the state that the Russian state has fallen into. Destroying pedagogical universities to prevent the establishment of new educational institutions and the training of educators is a double crime. However, let the terrorists not hold out hope that they would receive anything "President Zelenskyy was quoted by Ukrainska Pravda as saying.

"We will unquestionably rebuild all of the more than 2,000 educational institutions, including all kindergartens, schools, universities, and institutes that they destroyed. Most importantly, we shall maintain our civility and humanity. However, due to a large number of killers and executioners, Russian society would continue to be crippled for decades "He asserted.

On Friday, there were many explosions heard in Mykolaiv. Two persons were hurt when Russian missiles landed on two institutions.
