Earlier, Shubman Gill remained unbeaten on 35 while chasing a target of 70 runs, while captain Ajinkya Rahane scored 27 runs. Australia took the lead in the series by defeating India by 8 wickets in Adelaide, but now India has equalized by winning by the same margin.
