Through her Instagram exercise videos, the actress has always demonstrated her commitment to health. She's done a variety of weight-lifting routines in the past, and this retro workout video is all you need for some serious 'Monday Motivation' to go the gym.

As you can see, Sam is having a great time at the gym. "Life is rough & so am I," she captioned the video. "The struggle you are in now is building the strength you need tomorrow," Sam captioned her Instagram post about becoming a strong woman.
